Introducing the Nate's Kustoms ws6 ram air intake ducting. A simple Bolt-In modification that smooths and directs the air from the hood directly into the filter, whether it be a lid or open filter elements. This intake modification was tested on a stock LS1 engine with a cam and headers and it netted nearly 6rwhp and 7rwrq. If you can imagine, the gains on a track will be much greater considering a Dyno only has a fan blowing air into the front of the car. When looking at the dyno-graph the three numbers are as listed: Hood open, Hood closed, Hood modified with ducting installed. This is a comparison between having the factory baffles in place in the stock hood versus removing them and then having the ducting in place. You will have to drill out the rivets and remove the factory baffles to install this modification.
For optimization pair it with my new open grills that still have a clean finish but without the honeycomb. Achieve the most airflow possible.
Installs easily with using OEM grille screws and double-sided tape on the flange.
